With four years of experience in property management, Kyandra is a dedicated and driven professional who takes pride in delivering a high level of service to both property owners and tenants.

At the heart of Kyandra’s approach is a genuine passion for people. She values building trusted, long-term relationships with her clients, taking the time to understand what matters most to each property owner and ensuring their investment is managed with the same care and attention she would expect for her own. She also recognises the value of great tenants and the important role positive relationships play in creating successful, long-term tenancies.

Originally from Hervey Bay, Kyandra has spent the past two and a half years building her property management career on the Sunshine Coast, developing a strong connection to the local community and lifestyle.

Outside of the office, Kyandra loves making the most of everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. You’ll often find her at the beach, catching up with friends or spending time with her much-loved dog, Winston.
